This qualification is developed to provide learners working in a retail environment with the knowledge and understanding of how to identify and prevent loss from damage, administrative errors, or criminal activities. This qualification will support a role in the workplace.
Developed alongside industry experts, this qualification draws in retail specific 'best practice' and highlights many existing and emerging methods of reducing shrinkage including insider theft, shoplifting, preventative methods and brand image protection.

Assessment is made up of 1 compulsory 30 minute multiple choice examination held on the final day of course, practical assessments and a portfolio of evidence.

Successful candidates will be awarded the Level 2 Award in Retail Loss Prevention
